Leadership with Results

Born and raised in Lane County, David served our country in the Navy for six years right out of high school. David moved back to Springfield with his wife and this is where they chose to raise a family and start a commercial advertising photography business.

In 2008, David founded Masaka Properties, using his life savings to purchase his first commercial building, the Washburne Building. Pulling his money out of Wallstreet, he instead invested in Main Street. With the help of a team of community members, David has since moved down the block, renovating buildings, creating spaces for small entrepreneurs to follow their dreams, and adding much-needed housing units to our downtown core.

David knows how to bring people together to achieve extraordinary results – just look at downtown!

As your next commissioner David will:

  • Prioritize public safety

  • Focus on Change that Matters for Springfield

  • Find real solutions for homelessness and mental health

Our downtown revitalization happened because of David Loveall. He will stand up for Springfield against special interests and bring our open for business, commonsense approach to the entire County.

Christine Lundberg, Former Springfield Mayor (2010-2021)
